RATES, DEPOSITS, AND PAYMENTS
Rate Variability: Rates are based on your period of stay. They are subject to change due to market conditions or changes in arrival and/or departure dates—any modification to dates may result in a rate adjustment.
Currency: Rates are quoted in Euros (EUR).
Pricing Errors: In the event of a booking made based on an incorrectly published rate, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion and will contact you directly to do so.
Booking Guarantees: The Hotel reserves the right to validate provided booking guarantees by pre-authorizing the credit card and withholding the value of one night between five and three days prior to arrival.
Final Payment: Final payment for your stay will be made at the Hotel during check-out, unless a pre-payment is required.
Special Rates: Promotional packages, special rates, or any non-refundable and non-changeable rates will be partially or fully pre-paid at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.
ELIGIBILITY AND IDENTIFICATION
Check-in Age: You must be at least 18 years old to check-in and register for a room. Identification will be requested.
Mandatory ID: A valid official photo ID or passport must be presented at check-in. The Hotel reserves the right to record the identification of all occupants staying overnight in its accommodation units.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in: From 3:00 PM (15:00).
Check-out: Until 12:00 PM (noon).
Reception: The Hotel Reception is available 24 hours a day.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
General: All children are welcome. Please note that a supplement applies for children sharing a room with two (2) adults or whenever occupancy exceeds two people. Please confirm that the chosen room category has the capacity for the desired number of guests.
Second Room: A second hotel room for children up to 12 years old may be available at a reduced price depending on the season and hotel availability. Please contact the Reservations Department directly to make this request.
Meals: Children up to two (2) years old share the same meal plan as the accompanying adults. Children aged three (3) to 12 receive a 50% discount on half-board and full-board when accompanied by paying adults.
Kids' Menu: A children's menu is available at the hotel restaurants.
EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE CHECK-OUT
Early Arrival: If you arrive before the standard check-in time, please proceed to Reception. Early entry requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. To guarantee an early check-in, it is advisable to book the night prior to your arrival.
Late Check-out: Available upon request and subject to room availability. Please consult Reception at least 24 hours before departure. A half-day rate may be charged for late check-outs until 4:00 PM (16:00), and a full-day rate for departures after 4:00 PM.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking. The provided card will be charged the amount and at the time indicated on the booking confirmation page/email.
Verification: Guests must present the credit card used to guarantee the booking during check-in. Card ownership will be verified against an official ID.
Alternative Payment: If you are not the card owner or wish to pay with a different card, the hotel will refund any amount already charged to the original guarantee card. Full payment will then be made in person using the new card provided (except for pre-paid bookings where the original card is debited on the dates defined by the rate policy).
Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted for guarantees. Debit cards issued by national (Portuguese) banks are only accepted for in-person payments at the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Specific Terms: Please refer to the information for your specific chosen rate to confirm the valid cancellation policy.
Penalties: In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, a "no-show" (when a room is not occupied on the contracted arrival date), or early departure, the booking will be charged in full.
Travel Insurance: We recommend that all guests take out travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruptions to travel plans.
ROOM SERVICE & HOUSEKEEPING
Daily Cleaning: All units are cleaned daily unless the guest requests otherwise.
Extra Cleaning: Supplemental room cleaning is available for an additional cost. This must be requested at Reception at least 24 hours in advance.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Agreement: By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that your stay will be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions.
Right to Cancel: The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the booking if it believes the provided information is false or incomplete.
Modifications: The Hotel reserves the right to vary or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
Liability: The Hotel is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the guest as a result of a booking cancellation by the Hotel.
Damages: Damages of any kind beyond normal wear and tear of equipment provided will be charged to the guest's account.
Cleaning Fee: If the accommodation is left excessively dirty on the date of departure, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the Hotel rooms.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.
Outdoor Pool: Open from May to October.
